BANGKOK, BOMBAY, BUENOS AIRES and JAMAICA - KULAU Bio coconut spices are just as exciting as the places they are named after. Ranging in taste from cinnamon, garlic and chili to tomato and mango, each blend of spices will delight you with its many natural ingredients, which give each dish its unique character. KULAU's long-standing partner and spice expert Marcus Lind takes care of the blending and mixture of KULAU coconut spices. With his help we managed to create four seductive spice blends to tickle your taste buds and round off your meals. For more than 10 years Marcus has specialised in developing high-quality and unusual Bio spice blends, having worked for many well-known brands and delicatessen companies. KULAU organic coconut sugar and KULAU organic coconut flour are used in each of the four spice blends. All other ingredients are also of controlled biological cultivation and do not contain additives.

The KULAU Organic Seaweed Salt consists of natural sea salt and 5 % Wakame algae from organic wild growth. Harvested by hand, gently air-dried under 40°C and crushed to flakes: That's how the Wakame algae find their way out of the waters of the Galician Atlantic coast of Spain to our production facilites in Berlin. They remain free of additives, are vegan, gluten-free and raw food.
