The KULAU Organic Dried Seaweed comes from a small, family-operated algae manufactory in
Spain on the Galician coast. They are carefully picked by hand, gently air-dried below 40 °C and
shipped free of any additives to Germany.

The unique KULAU Organic Seaweed Crisps surprise with their crispiness and an intense taste. Only
natural ingredients are used in the production process. The addition of aromas or other additives has
been dispensed with. The production of the seaweed crisps is mostly performed by hand. After
preparing and mixing only fresh ingredients together, the mixture is dried very gently, not fried. The
breaking into mouth-sized pieces and filling into packages is also done by hand. Thereby, every bag
contains a one-of-a-kind product of the highest quality.
The KULAU Organic Seaweed Crisps HOT GINGER consist of certified
organic, wild grown sea lettuce from the Galician Atlantic coast and the
locally grown vegetables spinach and kale. By adding ginger and chilies,
the taste experience is rounded off by a subtle hot spiciness.
