KULAU organic coconut sugar and KULAU organic coconut flour are used in each of the four spice blends. All other ingredients are also of controlled biological cultivation and do not contain additives.
KULAU's organic coconut spice BOMBAY is hot and works especially well with Indian-style dishes, such as Masalas or curry dips. BOMBAY contains chili, fennel and cinnamon among other spices.
